1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using our software products (including but not limited to DineSwipe, DentalMate, and StitchingMate), you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. SaaS Product Specific Terms

Use of our specific SaaS products is governed by these Terms as well as product-specific agreements presented during the sign-up process for those respective products. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific agreement, the product-specific agreement shall prevail.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Piriyathu LLP and its licensors. Our intellectual property must not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Piriyathu LLP.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data, information, and material that you submit to the Services in the course of using them ("Customer Data"). We claim no ownership over Customer Data.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Piriyathu LLP, a Piriyathu LLP employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Piriyathu LLP. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Piriyathu LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Under no circumstances shall Piriyathu LLP's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Piriyathu LLP for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Alappuzha, Kerala, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
