Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This policy explains how you can cancel your subscriptions to Piriyathu LLP's SaaS products (such as DineSwipe, DentalMate, and StitchingMate) and how we handle data post-cancellation.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your product dashboard. Alternatively, you can email us at support@piriyathu.com from your registered email address requesting cancellation.

2. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Billing: Your auto-renewal will be turned off immediately. You will not be charged again.
  • Access: You will retain full access to your account and all features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).

3. Data Retention Post-Cancellation

We understand that your business data is critical. Following the expiration of your paid billing cycle:

  • Grace Period: Your account will enter a "Read-Only" state for 30 days. During this time, you can log in and export your data, but you cannot add new entries or process new transactions.
  • Data Deletion: After the 30-day grace period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our active servers. Backups may retain encrypted copies of your data for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
  • Exporting Data: We highly recommend exporting your data (customers, invoices, reports) before your subscription ends or during the grace period. We provide standard export formats (CSV/Excel) within the product dashboards.

4. Termination by Piriyathu LLP

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. In cases of termination due to a violation of terms, no refunds will be provided, and data access may be revoked immediately.

5. Re-activation

If you decide to return to our services within the 30-day grace period, you can easily reactivate your subscription by updating your payment information in the dashboard, and your data will remain intact. After data deletion, returning customers must start a new account from scratch.

6. Custom Development Services

Cancellation policies for custom software development, maintenance contracts, or dedicated hosting services are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed for that project.
